Meghan Gross

Managing Director, Schwartz MSL Boston

Meghan Gross is an experienced corporate communicator with two decades of perspective in a wide array of industries. As an experienced corporate counselor, Meghan helps C-level executives navigate key reputation issues at the intersection of legal affairs, communications and marketing.

For the past decade, Meghan has worked with two leading law firms to develop and implement thought leadership campaigns designed to increase client acquisition and retention and to support brand visibility. In this capacity, she has handled CEO and brand positioning efforts, thought leadership campaigns, business development initiatives, internal communications, and integrated communications planning and management.

Meghan has handled an array of issues management and crisis communications scenarios, including executive transitions, personnel misconduct, workforce reductions, litigation, financial scrutiny and acquisitions.

In addition to her career in Boston, Meghan spent five years in Washington, D.C. working in public affairs including account roles at the bipartisan firm Powell Tate. Her agency experience in Boston includes assignments at two corporate communications firms. Meghan is active in the Public Relations Society of America, having served on the board of the Boston Chapter for the last six years. She was Chapter President in 2010, and remains active on the board as Immediate Past President in 2011. 

Meghan is also an Adjunct Professor in the Department of Communication at her alma mater, Boston College, where she teaches Introduction to Public Relations in the spring and fall semesters, a position she has held since 2005.  She received her Master’s Degree from George Washington University.
