Rita Masini
Chief Talent Officer, MSLGROUP Americas
With MSLGROUP since 2008, she provides leadership and strategic direction to the HR function of the agency – facilitating innovative approaches to human resources, nurturing performance, a development culture and building organizational capabilities.
Masini oversees the NA HR network, and corporate HR strategies, while spearheading Learning and Development, Organizational Effectiveness, Talent Management, Change Management, Leadership and Coaching, and Workforce Engagement programs. In addition, she manages the agency's training initiatives, owning the curriculum for MSL Academy, and ensuring its alignment against the business strategy, and the employer brand.
Her key responsibilities include interfacing with talent at all levels, including directors and senior leaders, to define and developing HR best practices, organization systems and processes that used across the firm and make MSLGROUP a great place to work.
Before joining MSLGROUP, she was a manager of training and organizational development for North America at the global consumer products company, Reckitt Benckiser. There, she was responsible for the development, delivery and coordination of learning/development solutions and talent management initiatives.
She also worked at Ketchum for more than ten years, most recently as vice president, global director, learning and organizational development. In that role, Masini was responsible for performance management initiatives, organizational effectiveness programs and the management of their corporate university.
Rita earned a B.A. in Communications, with minors in Public Relations and Spanish, from University of Rhode Island and is an active member of the New Jersey Organizational Development (NJOD) Community.
