Launch and ongoing marketing of PrePass

In the early 90s as part of its defense conversion activities Lockheed Martin began diversifying its assets into transportation lines of business.  In 1995 they asked SCI for help in getting states to contract out the automation of commercial vehicle weigh stations.  Lockheed Martin sold its transportation assets to ACS and today, PrePass has 280 sites in 28 states and is the largest single customer of EZPass, the toll system in the Northeast.  SCI has been there since the beginning a still provides a variety of services to PrePass including direct marketing, state marketing, and relationship marketing for the trucking industry on behalf of PrePass.
