Pål Jebsen

Pål M. Jebsen is a veteran of public relations and public affairs consulting in Scandinavia, with almost 30 years of consulting experience in corporate communications. He currently specializes in corporate positioning, crisis and issues management/crisis communications and brand management communications, working for a variety of national and international clients.
Jebsen is a partner at JKL, based in Stockholm. He is also chairman of MS&L Sweden and a member of MS&L's global healthcare issues management and litigation communications practice.
He started his career with Burson-Marsteller in Oslo, Norway, in 1977. There, he held various roles, including general manager in Stockholm, chairman of Burson-Marsteller’s Nordic operations and vice president of Burson-Marsteller International.
He serves as an officer in the reserves in the Royal Norwegian Navy as a Commander by Defense Command North-Norway, and as Public Affairs Officer in the NATO Information Corps. He also serves as Chairman of the Swedish Steering Committee of the US Overseas Security Advisory Council (OSAC).
