Creative Powerhouse Michael Sullivan Named NA Director of MS&LGroup’s Consumer Practice
Former DeVries President will lead North American innovation and strategic development of the practice
07/15/2010New York, NY – MS&LGroup, one of the world’s leading communications firms, has hired Michael Sullivan as its North American Director of its growing Consumer Marketing Practice. Sullivan will be based in the agency’s New York office, and will report to Jim Tsokanos, President of the Americas, MS&LGroup and Renee Wilson, Managing Director of MS&L New York. MS&LGroup’s consumer marketing practice represents some of the world’s most revered brands, including Procter & Gamble, Heineken, Moët Hennessy, Outback Steakhouse, General Motors and Best Buy.

With more than 20 years experience in marketing and public relations, Sullivan will work to expand MS&L’s consumer capabilities across the North American network. Additionally, he will contribute to business development, create new client services and offerings, along with providing thought leadership.
Drawing on his additional experience in healthcare marketing, he also will manage the global portfolio of Procter & Gamble’s gastrointestinal brands, including Prilosec OTC, Metamucil, Pepto-Bismol and Align.

A public relations veteran with strong expertise in the consumer space, Sullivan was most recently Principal of SullivanBremer, and previously served as President of DeVries Public Relations. In his tenure there, he grew the company from a boutique agency into a comprehensive global firm. Sullivan holds a Bachelor of Fine Arts from the Catholic University of America.
