Huawei Names both Fleishman-Hillard and Manning Selvage & Lee as Global Public Relations Agencies of Record

Communications Network to support Huawei’s internationalization strategy

Shenzhen, China06/20/2007 — 

Huawei Technologies Co., Ltd. ("Huawei"), a leader in providing next-generation telecommunications networks for operators around the world, today announced that it has appointed two global public relations firms, Fleishman-Hillard and Manning Selvage & Lee (“MS&L”), as its agencies of record following a competitive selection process.

Fleishman-Hillard, the incumbent global agency, will continue to lead the global account from its Hong Kong office that will include ongoing collaboration with Fleishman-Hillard and MS&L agencies, and affiliates in 11 countries across five continents as well as Huawei's corporate headquarters in Shenzhen, China. The two agencies are tasked with driving corporate brand exposure with a view to win even greater acceptance from world-class operators.
