Regional Trade Promotion
MS&L's Hong Kong, Beijing and Shanghai teams executed the biggest public relations event in China in 2005: California Governor Arnold Schwarzenegger’s trade mission to China and Hong Kong. The teams worked closely with the Governor’s office, California Grown and Sunkist on the mission, which included supermarket promotion tours with Schwarzenegger and the California Department of Food and Agriculture Secretary A.G. Kawamura, gala events for trade and business prospects, and the California Grown Festival at Hong Kong’s Victoria Park.
The program's results included top tier media coverage that included important messages about California trade with China, and the benefits of California produce.
